Restaurant style fillet of chicken breast layerd with ham and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Fillet of Chicken Breast

1 Chicken Breast
1 slice Cooked Ham
1 slice Cheese
1 teaspoon Whole Grain Mustard
1 teaspoon Dried Herbs
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
4 teaspoons Plain Yogurt
1 pinch Ginger Powder

Recipe Directions for Fillet of Chicken Breast

  1. Skin and debone Chicken Breast

  2. Horizontaly carve breast in three fillets

  3. Mix herbs, mustard, oil and yogurt together

  4. Marinate fillets for 20 minutes

  5. Fry fillets in marinade till just done in a non stick skillet

  6. Layer the fillets with slice of cheese and ham
