1 lb ground pork
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup potatoes
2 tsp olive oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup olive oil for frying

  3. fry patties by mixing some egg with the meat/vegetable mix
