Spare Ribs with sweet and spicy chilli sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Filipino Sweet and Spicy Spare Ribs

2 kg pork ribs
3 tbsp fish sauce
8 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1/2 tsp pepper
330 grams sweet chilli sauce
10 grams beef bouillon
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Filipino Sweet and Spicy Spare Ribs

  1. marinate pork ribs in fish sauce and pepper, set aside

  2. chop onions and garlic

  3. in a non stick deep frying pan, heat oil then saute onion, garlic and marinated pork

  4. saute until liquid slowly dries out

  5. once liquid dries out, add 8 oz. of water, do this everytime the liquid dries out and until meat tenderizes

  6. When meat is almost falling of the bones, add sweet and spicy chilli sauce

  7. simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  8. serve hot
