Recipe Ingredients for Filipino Lumpia

48 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup, chopped Onions
6 clove Garlic
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
4 oz Regular Soy Sauce
2 serving Egg, Whole
0.13 cup Salt, Table
1 oz Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Filipino Lumpia

Chop all vegetables and combine it with the ground meat, scrambled eggs and condiments in a large mixing bowl. Mix throughly and wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers. Deep fry until golden brown.
