14 oz. pizza dough flour
6 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
6 pinch kosher salt
6 pinch black pepper
3 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
8 Servings fig jam
12 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
6 ounce fontina cheese, shredded
6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
3 scallion, sliced lengthwise into thin ribbons

  1. Preheat a baking stone in a 500-degree oven for one hour.

  2. Dust a countertop with flour and roll out one pizza dough as thinly as possible. Cover the pizza with
