Makes 10 servings



Delicious no sugar added fig granola. Makes 4 1/2 cups. (about a half cup per serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Fig Granola

2 cups oats
12 dried figs
2/3 cup cashews
6 tbsp soy flour, defatted

Recipe Directions for Fig Granola

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Puree figs with 1 cup water

  3. chop nuts

  4. add fig puree and nuts to dry ingredients

  5. Bake at 350 ten minutes; turn over down to 300 on convection and bake another 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes. Let cool well
