Recipe Ingredients for Fiesta Brown Rice

0.25 cup, chopped Carrots
.25 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
8 oz Squash, Zucchini, Baby
2 medium raw Plum Tomato
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Cumin
0.25 tablespoon Oregano
1 cup Mahatma Natural Long Grain Brown Rice
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Fiesta Brown Rice

Saute all veggies, in olive oil. Add seasonings and stir in brown rice. Let saute for another 3-5 minutes. Add water, turn heat to high and boil all the water out. When all the water is gone, lower heat to lowest setting, place lid on, and leave for 15-20 minutes.
