Recipe Ingredients for Field peas and tomatoes

14 1/2 oz Petite-Cut - Diced with Sweet Onions
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Corn Starch
896 g field peas and snaps wildwood

Recipe Directions for Field peas and tomatoes

  1. Empty 2 cans field peas in saucepan. Add canned tomatoes with sweet onions. May add a couple small pieces of smoked pork to season. Simmer about 30 minutes.

  2. Stir together the water and cornstarch until melted. Add to the peas and tomatoes.

  3. Stir constantly until thickened.

  4. If using the pork pieces remove them before serving.
