Recipe Ingredients for Fieasta Pinto Beans

3 cups pinto beans, cooked in water
1 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tblsp jalapeno, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tblsp vegetable oil
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Fieasta Pinto Beans

Stirfry onions, peppers in vegetable oil until onion is trasparent. Add tomatoes, stirfry until juicy. Add cooked pinto beans and simmer about 10 minutes, mash if desired.
