Crepes augmented with Sourdough starter, multigrain flour and Psyllium husks

Recipe Ingredients for Fibre Augmented Crepes

0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
40 grams Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tsp Whole Psyllium Husk
1 fl oz Dark Amber Maple Syrup
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Fibre Augmented Crepes

Combine AP flour and water, and leave on counter covered for a few days until it bubbles, or use 2/3 cup sourdough starter. Whisk egg, melted butter, psyllium, and multigrain flour. Add milk until it's a runny batter consistency. Pan fry on lightly greased or non-stick at medium until light brown.
