fibre 1 granola bars. chewy. pretty good. my first attempt at granola bars.

Recipe Ingredients for fibre 1 granola bars

4.5 cups Fiber One Honey Clusters
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 tbsp Molasses Fancy
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.2 cup Egg, White
5.33 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
0.33 Cup Spelt Flour
0.33 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain

Recipe Directions for fibre 1 granola bars

  1. oven at 350

  2. combine wet ingredients in one bowl

  3. combine dry in another (except cereal)

  4. slowly add dry to wet until mixed well.

  5. add cereal

  6. spray pyrex pan with pam

  7. pack mix down in pyrex

  8. bake for about 15 minutes.
