Recipe Ingredients for Fiber Up Muffins

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 serving Strawberry Muffin Mix

Recipe Directions for Fiber Up Muffins

Add oatmeal and flaxseed to muffin mix. Add a 2/3 cup milk. It will be thick. Cook at 425 for 14 to 17 minutes.
