Makes 1 serving



Colonix fiber mixed with soymilk and water. Can also add 1/2 tsp vanilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Fiber smoothie

1 ounces vanilla soymilk
3 ounces water
1 tablespoon Metamucil

Recipe Directions for Fiber smoothie

Pour soymilk and water (and vanilla if desired) into cup. Next add 1 scoop of Colonix fiber or another fiber if preferred. Blend with hand mixer and drink quickly.
