The veggie purees added seem to give me more energy and fends of hunger longer. It tastes good and is very filling.

1 scoop Milk Chocolate Shake Mix
1 tbsp Smooth Texture Orange Flavor Powder
1 serving Low-Carb Fresh Steamed Broccoli
1 serving Cauliflower Fresh Steam
1 serving Skim Milk Fat Free

Recipe Directions for fiber rich banana shake 2

I steam veggies and puree them then add a large Table spoon of each in my shake, so I don't really know how to calculate that. I also add ice because I like it cold and thick.
