A nice and healthy (not to mention tasty) salad, that goes well with a lemon juice-based dressing to counteract the bitter greens.

Recipe Ingredients for Fiber-packed Salad

2 cup Spinach
1 1/2 cup Arugula
1 cup Watercress
1 medium raw Onion Red
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
3/4 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 Apple Apples
0.13 cup Almonds Sliced

Recipe Directions for Fiber-packed Salad

  1. Slice the apple up very thinly. Do the same with the red onion.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and drizzle a fresh dressing over it, making sure to not saturate it at all (a little can go a long way if it has a lot of flavor).

  3. Toss the greens, making sure even coating of the dressing, and enjoy!

  4. For a fuller meal, add sliced or chopped baked chicken pieces.
