1 cup cereal, bran 1 egg 1/4 cup vegetable oil 12oz yogurt, low fat 1 1/2 cups flour 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup blueberries

1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
12 oz yogurt, low fat
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup brown sugar

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place 12 regular-size muffin cups

  2. Crush cereal

  3. In medium bowl, stir together egg, oil and yogurt. Stir

  4. in cereal and remaining ingredients except berries, just until moistened.

  5. Gently stir in berries. Divide batter evenly among cups

  6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Immediately remove from pan
