Lower calorie, higher fiber graham cracker crust. Can use all Splenda for the sugar to make it even lower calorie. Very good, my family can't taste the Fiber One at all.

Recipe Ingredients for Fiber One/Graham Cracker Crust

8 tbsp (1/2 cup) graham cracker crumbs
75 grams (1/2 cup crushed)Fiber One crumbs
0.17 cup sugar (1/2 of 1/3 cup)
0.17 cup Splenda (other 1/2 of 1/3 cup)
1/3 cup melted margarine

Recipe Directions for Fiber One/Graham Cracker Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine crumbs and sugar.

  3. Melt margarine and pour over crumbs. Mix all together.

  4. Press into 9" pie plate.

  5. Bake for 8 minutes.

  6. Cool before filling with pie filling.
