Recipe Ingredients for Fiber One Breakfast Muffins

1 1/2 cups Fiber One Cereal
1 1/2 cups whole almonds
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 T Truvia
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Fiber One Breakfast Muffins

Grind up Fiber One cereal. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine all wet ingredients. Blend the two. Fill twelve cups of muffin pan and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
