1 cup Fiber One
1 medium Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
8 oz FAGE Total 0%
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 oz SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Fiber One Berry muffin recipe - edited for sugar

  1. Place cereal in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal and crush with rolling pin or meat mallet or crush in food processor

  2. In medium bowl, stir together egg, oil, and yogurt

  3. In separate bowl, mix together cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt.

  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Gently stir in berries.

  5. Divide batter evenly, filling full.

  6. Bake 18?20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
