5 cups Fiber One Complete Buttermilk Pancake mix
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
3 1/3 cups water
16 oz unsweetened apple sauce (4 single serve cups)
11 1/2 oz canned pumpkin

  1. Mix ingredients together.

  2. Pour approx. 1/3 cup batter on hot griddle.

  3. Flip when outer edges are dry and bubbles break surface.

  4. Cook til other side is browned.
