low fat oatmeal raisin walnut super dooper cookies

Recipe Ingredients for fiber cookies

1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 egg whites
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup flax seed, ground

Recipe Directions for fiber cookies

  1. heat over to 350 degrees.

  2. oil baking sheets lightly.

  3. combine oil and brown sugar in a large bowl.

  4. add egg whites, milk and vanilla.

  5. blend well.

  6. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  7. add to the above mixture; mix well.

  8. stir in oats, wheat bran, raisins, walnuts, and flax seeds/
