Recipe Ingredients for Fewer Calories Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup 1% milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups blueberries

Recipe Directions for Fewer Calories Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix together applesauce, milk and sugar.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients but save the blueberries for last.

  3. Bake at 350 for 25 min.

  4. Serve warm with milk.
