12 oz Linguine Dry
2 large ear, raw Corn Sweet
178 1/2 grams Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
12 grams Garlic
1 serving Oilve Oil
4 oz Wine
12 1/2 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
7.5 cups Spring Mix

Recipe Directions for Fettuchini with Corn and Arugula

  1. Cook onions and garlic till soft

  2. cook pasta according to directions

  3. Add corn and white wine to onions, simmer

  4. add cream and simmer till thick, season with salt ans pepper

  5. Server pasta over greens, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
