Recipe Ingredients for Fettuccini With Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts

8 oz dry fettuccini
1 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 medium(119 g) Green Bell Pepper
15 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tsp Oregano, Ground
9 oz Artichoke Hearts

Recipe Directions for Fettuccini With Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts

Cook Fettuccini. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and peppers, and saute until golden. About 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, basil and oregano, and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. Add artichokes to sauce and cook 2 minutes. Add pasta to sauce. Toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
