Recipe Ingredients for Fettuccine With Lima Beans and Peas

12 oz Fettuccine Dry
10 oz Lima Beans, Immature Seeds
1 cup Peas, Green
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
1/4 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Fettuccine With Lima Beans and Peas

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, adding the beans and peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain.

  2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cream and cook until slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes, season with teaspoon salt and teaspoon pepper.

  3. Add the pasta and veg to the skillet and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the cheese before serving.
