Recipe Ingredients for Fettuccine with lemon Garlic Shrimp

2 oz. Fettuccine
2 tsp Salted Butter
2 tbsp. Chopped Yellow Onion
1 Garlic Clove
4 fl. oz. Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Cornstarch
3 oz. Shrimp
2 tbsp. Chopped Parsley
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Fettuccine with lemon Garlic Shrimp

  1. Prepare the fettuccine according to package directions.

  2. Drain, transfer to a large serving bowl, and keep warm.

  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Saute the onion and gartic until the onion is tender. Add the broth and cornstarch and stir until

  5. blended.

  6. Cook the sauce until thickened and translucent.

  7. Add the shrimp, parsley, and lemon juice and cook until the shrimp is opaque.

  8. Add the shrimp mixture to the pasta and gently toss to mix.

  9. Sprinkle with the Parmesan.
