Recipe Ingredients for Fettuccine with clams

10 oz barilla plus rotini
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 large tomatoes
2 cups corn kernels
1/2 onion
1 zucchini
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons chopped basil
8 oz Clam, Mixed Species
1/4 tsp salt
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Fettuccine with clams

  1. Cook pasta al dente and drain.

  2. In large saucepan, add the garlic, tomatoes, corn, wine, olive oil, and basil.

  3. Cover and bring to boil. reduce heat and add clams and pasta. toss gently to coat. season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
