1 pound fresh asparagus
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3 roma tomatoes
3 ounces prosciutto
3 tablespoons of fresh grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Fettuccine with Asparagus and Prosciutto

Stir fry in skillet asparagus in olive oil til tender. Add tomatoes and prosciutto. Pour over cooked fettuccine and grate cheese on top.
