1 pound of fresh Asparagus
3 ounces Prosciutto
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
3 roma tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Fettuccine with Asparagus & Prosciutto

Stir fry asparagus in olive oil til tender. Add roma tomatoes and prosciutto. Cook a few minutes then serve over cooked and drained fettuccine. Top with grated cheese
