12 oz whole wheat fettuccine
2 c fat free half and half
1/2 c parmesan cheese
12 oz Canadian bacon
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Fettuccine Alfredo with Canadian Bacon

  1. Boil the noodles

  2. Grill the chicken on George Foreman (or other grill)

  3. Heat Canadian bacon in skillet

  4. Heat half and half in skillet

  5. Combine all ingredients, including Parmesan

  6. Season with 1 tsp Nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
