Seasoned chicken breast topped with feta cheese & tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Feta-Topped Chicken

20 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Seasoned Pepper
2 medium raw Tomato Roma (slice into 8)
1 oz Natural Crumbles Cheese Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Feta-Topped Chicken

  1. Set oven control to broil. Spray rack of broiler pan with cooking spray. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with dressing. Sprinkle both sides with Italian seasoning and seasoned pepper blend.

  2. Place chicken on rack in pan. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170F)

  3. Top each chicken breast with tomato and cheese. Broil 2-3 minutes longer or until cheese is lightly browned.
