Recipe Ingredients for Feta Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

1 cap Portabella Mushroom Caps
1/4 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
7 grams Crumbled Bacon Bits

Recipe Directions for Feta Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

  1. Clean mushroom caps, remove stem as desired.

  2. Cut the bottom of the mushroom to drain cooking juices

  3. Add feta cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits on top.

  4. Cook in the toaster oven on a raised pan (allowing for drainage) at ~350 degrees for ~10-15 minutes (time will vary based on thickness of mushroom cap).
