Recipe Ingredients for Feta and Spinach Omelet

1/4 c Eggbeater
1/4 c Egg Whites
1/8 c Feta Cheese, Crumbled, 2%
1/2 c Spinach, chopped

Recipe Directions for Feta and Spinach Omelet

  1. Combine Egg beater and Egg White in a small preheated skillet.

  2. When egg is partially set, add cheese and spinach.

  3. Fold over and allow to cook through, about two-three minutes.

  4. Pepper to taste. Top with scallions or chopped tomato for variety.
