Wonderful light salad to go with any meal. If made with fat free feta, the fat count diminishes greatly.

Recipe Ingredients for Feta cheese, Mandarine Orange, and Walnut Salad

6 cups lettuce, baby greens
2 ounces Fat Free Feta Cheese Crumbled
12 oz. oranges, mandarine without juice
6 oz. red onion
2 oz. walnuts
5 oz. balsamic vinegar, strawberry

Recipe Directions for Feta cheese, Mandarine Orange, and Walnut Salad

  1. Put first five ingredients in bowl.

  2. Toss with the balsamic vinegar vinegarette and coarse black pepper before serving.
