Recipe Ingredients for Fennel Tomato Soup with Greens

2 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
1.5 cup, chopped Turnip Greens
28 oz Tomatoes Whole Peeled
0.5 bulb Fennel, Bulb
0.125 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Fennel Tomato Soup with Greens

Cook celery and fennel in olive oil for 5 minutes, then add tomato and rice and simmer for 8 minutes. Add beans and chopped greens along with 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper. Cook until rice is tender.
