Recipe Ingredients for Fennel stew

3 cups fennel, sliced
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1 tablespoon garlic, sliced
16 oz tomatoes, canned
1/4 cup rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Fennel stew

  1. Slice fennel, onions, and garlic and saute in a nonstick pan or light olive oil til lightly carmelized.

  2. Add canned tomatoes, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Pour into a baking dish, top with parmesan, and bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then let cool briefly.
