Recipe Ingredients for Fennel Soup

2 fennel bulbs, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp tarragon
9 g vegetable stock
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 pint water
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Fennel Soup

  1. sweat onions in spray oil and some water to avoid sticking

  2. add garlic and fennel and spices

  3. after about 5 minutes, add vegetable stock and water

  4. simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender

  5. blend and serve
