Recipe Ingredients for fennel rissotto

9 oz arborio rice
5 oz peas
5 oz mushrooms
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 pint water
1 chicken stock cube
1 fennel bulb
1 oz parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for fennel rissotto

  1. fry onion, garlic and fennel in oil

  2. add mushrooms and rice

  3. add stock 1 ladel-full at a time for 20 mins until cooked

  4. just before serving add peas and parmesan
