Recipe Ingredients for Fennel and Mushroom Salad

1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vegetable broth
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp tarragon, fresh, optional
1/4 tsp salt
1 pepper to taste
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 oz mushrooms, wiped clean and thinly sliced
1 fennel bulb , thinly sliced

Recipe Directions for Fennel and Mushroom Salad

Wisk the first 6 ingredients. Toss together the remaining 3 ingredients and then pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
