64 oz Water
16 oz Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 bulb Fennel, Bulb
1 serving Grape Seed Oil

Recipe Directions for fennel leek soup

saute diced leeks and fennel in oil 5 minutes till softened then add two quarts of chicken stock and two quarts of water bring to boil and reduce to simmer 2-3 hours
