Recipe Ingredients for Fennel Hash

1 cup Shredded Hash Browns
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Fennel Hash

  1. Thinly slice fennel bulb and shallot.

  2. Heat oil in non stick skillet, add potatos, fennel and shallot. Season to taste.

  3. Press into pan with weighted plate and cook until lightly browned. Flip,replace weight and cook until browned on other side.
