Recipe Ingredients for February Soup

222 grams Carrots
332 grams Parsnips
173 grams Turnips
173 grams Leeks
125 grams Cabbage
359 grams Celery
192 grams Onions
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1000 grams Water
330 grams Tomatoes Diced

Recipe Directions for February Soup

  1. Fry the onions until soft in a little water.

  2. Add the rest of the veg, stock cubes, herbs and spices and water to cover all veg.

  3. Bring to the boil, then simmer for about an hour.

  4. Leave chunky or blend and season to taste. Separate into portions and serve.
