Light as a feather pancakes. You can add almost anything to this batter to make your favorite version! I have added one very ripe mushed banana in place of the oil to make it more fat friendly! It is delish! You can also add blueberries, cinnamon, nuts, chocolate chips etc etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Feather Pancakes with Honey

1 cup flour
2 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk, 1%
1 eggs
1 egg white
2 tsp honey
1 tbs grape seed oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Feather Pancakes with Honey

  1. Sift together dry ingredients, then add wet.

  2. Stir together until just blended, there will be lumps.

  3. Pour onto griddle and wait for the bubbles...then flip!

  4. Enjoy with your favorite syrup or fresh fruit.
