Feather light pancakes with the goodness of flaxseed and oat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Feather Pancakes with Flaxseed & Oat Flour

1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup flaxseed, milled
1 cup milk, 1%
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs baking powder
1 tbs grapeseed oil

Recipe Directions for Feather Pancakes with Flaxseed & Oat Flour

Sift the flours with the salt and baking powder then stir in flaxseed. To the dry ingredients mix in the egg/egg white, milk, oil and I added a tbs of Agave Nectar (instead of sugar). Stir until just blended, will be lumpy. Pour onto hot skillet and wait for the bubbles then flip over for a few more minutes. Serve with Maple syrup. YUMMY!
