A lovely smoothie, not too sweet. If there's no one around to drink the second portion I save it for a snack. Just need to add a little more milk since the psyllium will have thickened it up.

Recipe Ingredients for Favourite Smoothie Mix

20 almond Almonds
250 grams Original Balkan Style 6.0% M.F.
5 grams Organics Wildflower Honey
0.5 extra large (9" or longer) Bananas
1/2 cup Organics Canadian Wild Blueberries
1 cup, unthawed Strawberries
2 serving Skim Milk
10 grams Walnuts, English
1 tbsp Psyllium Husks

Recipe Directions for Favourite Smoothie Mix

  1. Blend frozen berries and nuts into yogurt and some of the milk until you get desired consistency. I prefer very smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Blend.

  4. Enjoy.
