Dense pancake. Very yummy but you will only need one or two they are so filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Favourite Pancakes

1.5 cup Organic Spelt Flour
1.5 cup Flour, All Purpose
6 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 large Egg, White
2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Favourite Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat eggs thoroughly and add milk. Add mex minture to flour, stir then add oil and vanilla. Drop 1/4c onto hot oiled griddle. Cook until bubbly then flip to brown other side. Makes approximately 18-20 pancake. Serve hot.
