Easy to prepare meatloaf. Left overs make great sandwiches.

Recipe Ingredients for Favourite Meat Loaf

500 g beef mince
30 g onion soup mix
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 tspn paprika
1/2 tspn garlic salt
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 tspn dried oregano
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk
1 large carrot
1 tspn chilli powder

Recipe Directions for Favourite Meat Loaf

  1. Pull all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and with wet hands or a spatula, mix everything together.

  2. Put into a greased loaf pan.

  3. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 1 - 1&1/4 hours
