This is my favourite breakfast; I mix it with non-fat Greek yogurt and fresh or frozen fruit, then add ground flax and salba seeds!

Recipe Ingredients for Favourite granola

3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/8 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/8 cup chopped walnuts
1/8 cup chopped pecans
1/8 cup organic rasins
1/8 cup unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp coconut oil

Recipe Directions for Favourite granola

  1. Warm the honey and coconut oil in the microwave

  2. Mix all ingredients

  3. Spread on 2 baking sheets

  4. Cook on a low heat, stirring occasionally, until desired toastedness is reached
