Jill's turkey burgers. With whole wheat bun and no extra cheese, mayo etc. 93% lean turkey.

20 oz ground turkey
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese (finely grated)
4 scallions (thinly sliced)
1/4 cups dried breadcrumbs
1/4 cups Dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
4 hamburger buns

Recipe Directions for Favorite Turkey Burger (Everyday Food)

  1. Heat the grill to high.

  2. In a medium bowl, gently combine the turkey with the Gruyere, scallions, and breadcrumbs, Dijon, and garlic; season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Dividing mixture evenly, form mixture into 4 1-inch patties.

  4. Lightly Pam the grill. Grill 5-10 minutes per side.
