Will need: 1 whole beef sirloin, 1 package of S&B Golden Curry sauce mix, 2 carrots, 3 stalks of celery, and half of an onion. Feeds a family of 5 with left-overs!

Recipe Ingredients for Favorite Curry Stir-Fry

1 serving S
1 oz Beef
1 medium Carrots
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Favorite Curry Stir-Fry

  1. Cut beef into cubes and chop vegetables.

  2. Stir-fry meat in skillet until brown.

  3. Cook vegetables in separate skillet until tender. Add water and bring to boil.

  4. Reduce heat for both skillets, cover, and simmer for approx. 10 minutes.

  5. Break sauce mix into pieces and add to vegetables, stirring until completely melted. Simmer 5 minutes.

  6. Combine meat and vegetables. Serve curry hot over rice or noodles.
